Mike Sherer is a licensed real estate broker with decades of experience in real estate and construction. He’s lived in California since 1958, earned his sales license in 1986, and became a broker in 1992. For 20 years, he designed and built custom homes in San Luis Obispo County, serving as president of multiple contractor associations and as an expert witness for the Contractors State License Board. Mike’s deep local knowledge is rooted in years of civic involvement, including five years on the Atascadero Planning Commission and 12 years on the Building & Construction Board of Appeals. A Vietnam War veteran, Mike now specializes in residential, commercial, and new construction real estate, consistently delivering top-tier results for his clients.

Certified Transaction Coordinator
Sarah Troglin is the Certified Transaction Coordinator for Sherer Walla, bringing over seven years of administrative experience with Century 21 in San Luis Obispo County. She became a certified TC five years ago and has since helped streamline transactions with precision and care. Sarah manages the many moving parts of each file—ensuring deadlines are met, signatures are complete, and all required disclosures are accounted for. Her behind-the-scenes work keeps every deal moving smoothly from contract to close. When she’s not keeping transactions on track, she’s likely spending time with her husband and dogs or exploring the Central Coast.
