Proof of funds shows where your down payment, closing costs, or cash purchase funds will come from. It is often included with an offer or requested during the transaction.

Your lender or financial institution can help provide the right document while protecting sensitive information.
Search, compare, decide.
Once we understand what you are looking for, we will help you search thoughtfully, tour homes, compare properties, and learn more about the neighborhoods that interest you. The goal is not to see every home. It is to recognize the right fit when it appears.
A little showing etiquette goes a long way.
Arrive on time, let us know if you need to cancel, follow the seller’s instructions, and try to leave the home as you found it. Bring your questions—we are there to help you look closely.
