Mike’s deep local knowledge is rooted in years of civic involvement, including five years on the Atascadero Planning Commission and 12 years on the Building & Construction Board of Appeals. Sarah manages the many moving parts of each file—ensuring deadlines are met, signatures are complete, and all required disclosures are accounted for. Her behind-the-scenes work keeps every deal moving smoothly from contract to close.
